APAM BALIK BATU FERINGGHI

Visiting Penang means you are in a food hunting mission. Be it Nasi kandar, Char kuey Teow, Mee Sotong, Rojak and etc. but in Batu Ferringhi, there this one stall sells Apam Balik that stands out the most among other foods stalls.

 

 

 

The stall is called 'Apam Balik Batu Ferinnghi' and the stall is famously known for their variety flavour of apam balik.The sells almost more than 30 flavours.  The stall started their business way back in 2013 and they started with only 2 flavours which is original and chocolate.They started to put several flavours on their menu a year later.

 Apam Balik Station had a humble beginning. Their Apam stoves were merely set up on a table and operations were commenced this way until 2 years ago, when they shifted into a stall. Located right outside of Holiday Inn Resort at Batu Ferringhi, this spot is a crowd-favourite for both locals and tourists alike.

 As the stall is famously known, you have to que to order your apam balik and you have to wait at least 5 minutes for your Apam balik to be served beacuse they take the orders from numerous customer at a time.

 

Here at Apam Balik Station, the top flavours include the Original (Peanut + Sweetcorn), Nutella + Banana, Nutella + Peanut Butter, Nutella + Oreo. The various flavours mark that the stall hold push them to offers savoury too by offering Chicken+Egg+Cheese Apam Balik. 

 Priced between RM3-RM5 per piece, it’s definitely worth every penny. Operating till close to midnight, Apam Balik Station is perfect as a late-night supper spot.
