Santa Claus Goes Online in 2020 !

In this era of Covid-19 pandemic, not only normal people goes online but also Santa Claus!

This year, most of the children were sad as they thought they weren't be able to meet Santa Claus but with the help of technology, anything is possible !

Christmas just isn’t Christmas without a visit to the man in red but thanks to 2020, that traditional sit-on-Santa's-lap thing probably isn't happening right now. Some malls pulled back their Santas this year, while others put in safety measures with Santas put on masked or shielded, or visiting with kids from six feet away which probably makes Santa Claus a little more difficult to communicate with kids who were nervous about him in years past.

But as with everything else this year, the safest option is to just stay home. Fortunately, through the magic of technology you have several options to bring the magic of a virtual Santa visit right to a screen near you.

"Being a virtual Santa is very new to me and yet it's so wonderful to reach out to people, not just people that come to visit me, I can go and visit them," said Santa Ian from Australia told a congress of 8,500 Father Christmases.

"One of the biggest things I found in this virtual Santa is we can reach now, to the young people with the special needs that can't come into the malls," Santa Ian added. "They can talk away. It's opening a whole new world for them."
