Good boss vs Bad boss

A boss is a person who is in charge of a worker or organization. A boss plays an important role to lead their workers to do their works the right and proper way. Bosses are also responsible to their workers requirement, needs, safety, and the decisions they have made. Here are the comparison between a good boss and a bad boss are leadership, attitude and wisdom.

The most common issue in an organization about these two kinds of bosses is their leadership. A good boss tends to have great leadership skills that can make the workers to learn to work faster and not cause any trouble or mistakes. Great leadership by a good boss also leads to a successful organizations or a company. A bad boss however, always had been blamed because of the lack of leadership. Lack of leadership here means a boss that only gives orders but did not show how things to work or to be done properly. But later then when the workers have problems and ended up making mistakes, the workers will get scolded and might get fired as well. A great achievement is born from a great leadership.

 Another difference between these two types of bosses is their attitude. A good boss will be much more rational to their employee. A good boss would never get angry if he or she had personal problems or the workers make slight mistakes. If the boss had personal problems, he or she will try to find a way without distracting the employee. Different from that, the bad boss will be irrational. The boss will manifest their anger to the subordinator. Some bosses even deliberately causing trouble to make the worker looks wrong then blame them. These are one of the major causes why people do not want to go to work.

Lastly, we can see the differences between a good boss and a bad boss clearly from their wisdom. A bad boss cannot give orders clearly and thoroughly because they tend to have lack of knowledge about something even it is a general thing. A good boss however, will make everything smoother with the clear orders to the workers. A good boss is a boss that has a lot of knowledge about everything and always tries to improve and look up for something.

Those are the differences between a good and a bad boss. As we can see it is not easy yet not so hard to be a good boss. A good boss needs to have strong leadership spirit to lead, a great attitude and the wisdom to control an organization. Therefore it is important to learn and have a lot of knowledge about how to be a good boss at the early age.
